I am an understanding and open therapist who creates a welcoming environment where you can easily express your needs in order to create a path forward. I focus on helping you recognize that you are not alone in your struggles, and we all have areas in our lives that need support. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and depression, and have extensive experience with the military and veteran population. I am Licensed in Virginia, District of Columbia, and Maryland, and offer online telehealth therapy to clients who reside in those three states.
