About Me

Hello! I'm a Registered Psychologist who is passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults and couples be their best selves. I help people with trauma symptoms such as PTSD or C-PTSD, problematic substance use, mood and anxiety concerns, relationship issues, or who may struggle with meeting the needs of daily life. My style is calm and compassionate. I aim to make the process of reaching out to someone as seamless as possible so that together, we can begin working on helping you be the best version of yourself.
