About Me

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I specialize in guiding individuals, couples, and families through challenges related to trauma, communication, and relational dynamics. I find that my approach is grounded in humanistic beliefs, and I believe in each person's inherent capacity for growth and healing. I aim to offer compassionate and nonjudgmental space for exploration and change. Outside the therapy room, I find joy and balance in the company of my little cat, whose presence reminds me daily of the importance of connection and comfort.
