As a human development specialist with 28 years of experience. My passion for healing stems from nearly losing my life at age, 17. I engaged in a personal journey of healing from trauma and self-discovery combining Eastern and Western medicine and practices. Through a holistic approach to healing, I have developed a comprehensive method to help individuals transform suffering into flourishing. As a licensed Marriage Family and child therapist, my style is client-centered and collaborative, utilizing experiential techniques and research-backed methods for the best results. In 2011, I founded True Form Coaching and Counseling. As a practitioner, I am deeply committed to integrating the body, mind, and soul for holistic healing, incorporating EMDR into my practice with clients is paramount. In my spare time, I enjoy a variety of activities, including ceramics, running, cooking, and yoga.
