About Me
Please Note: I am currently open for EMDR Intensive therapy. For more information please see emdrvt.com. I do not currently have openings for weekly clients. I practice Vermont (in-person and secure video) and in Connecticut (Secure video only). I work efficiently and effectively using a warm and supportive, yet semi-structured and intentional approach. I do both short-term (EMDR Intensive Programs) and more comprehensive (long-term) therapy. I use systems theory (how we interact with the world and ourselves), EMDR therapy (helping brains naturally rewire in a more adaptive way), IFS and various other approaches. In addition to being an EMDR Approved Trainer, I am a former Clinical Director of Trauma Recovery/HAP, an internationally active non-profit started by the originator of EMDR Therapy. I also volunteer as a coordinator for the Trauma Recovery Network of VT and the EMDR Regional Network of VT.
