About Me

Hello! My name is Kathrina Cann, and I am the founder and owner of Nourished Minds Therapy and Consulting. I utilize a variety of evidenced based integrative approaches such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and ACT to ensure my clients are receiving the best care suited to their needs. A recover(ing) perfectionist myself, I tend to connect well with clients who are trying to be it all, do it all, or wish they were doing more, and yet struggle with finding peace and joy in the present. In my practice, I combine EMDR with psychoeducation, attachment repair, mindfulness, and somatic strategies to ensure you have the space and safety needed to get to the roots of your emotional wounds and find healing. I am currently offering EMDR intensives to provide a more concentrated approach for deep healing. Helping my clients walk away from sessions with greater clarity of who they are, where they want to go, and how to get there is my passion!
