About Me

Hey, I’m Lidia! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I’m passionate about creating a space where people feel safe, heard, and supported—where they can show up just as they are. I’ve worked with individuals from all walks of life, and my goal is always the same: to walk alongside you as you work through life’s challenges, whether it’s healing from past trauma, managing stress or anxiety, navigating relationships, or just figuring things out. I take a relational, down-to-earth approach to therapy that’s built on trust, authenticity, and a lot of heart.

Education & Experience

My background includes a Master’s of Science in School Counseling and experience in schools, nonprofits, and private practice settings. I’m especially passionate about supporting communities that don’t always have access to mental health care, and I aim to bring cultural understanding and empathy into every session.
