Lori Gordon-Michaeli, LCSW
About Me
I have an eclectic approach in my practice utilizing experiential tools to help heal and grow which can include art, sound bowls, and EMDR. My knowledge base also includes Somatic experiencing, DBT, CBT, EFT, Exposure Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, TFT, and mindfulness techniques. I also work with holocaust survivors and the elderly using a Legacy Therapy approach. I feel we are all just trying to be the best versions of ourselves and healing is a part of the journey as well as learning more tools to help facilitate our best experience in this life.
