Lucy Laurel Way, MS, LPC
About Me
My focus is on helping clients to cultivate inner resources, resolve and heal wounds from past stressful experiences, and to transform patterns that are no longer serving them. I help clients who are survivors of complex trauma and chronic stressors; healing from PTSD, anxiety, and depression; grieving; on journeys of personal growth; and reclaiming their self-esteem and boundaries. I believe that everyone has within them the capacity for healing and resilience. I work with clients in-person in Grants Pass and Ashland, as well as online throughout the state of Oregon. I primarily use EMDR Therapy, and integrate this with Ego State Therapy (parts-work) and Somatic Psychotherapy.
