About Me

Lulu strives to create a safe, nonjudgemental space for therapy and loves to watch clients of all ages increase happiness in their lives. She views therapy as a gift for ourselves and those around us. She believes that as a vehicle for exploration and creativity, therapy can lighten a load, loosen a bind, or allow a deeper breath. She is passionate about meeting people where they are and working with them to find paths towards their goals. Lulu approaches each client with compassion, respect and interest and together, they build a creative and collaborative relationship.

Education & Experience

Lulu graduated from University of Maryland Baltimore School of Social Work with a concentration in mental health. She has worked with people of all ages and treated adolescents and their families for over 10 years in and out of the school setting. Through those experiences, she worked with many diagnosed with autism, ADHD and other neurodivergencies and with those presenting with educational, familial and/or personal goals. Before becoming a clinician, Lulu worked with people who were experiencing homelessness for over 5 years and became familiar with separating and addressing multidimensional needs. Lulu now works with clients from age 3-adult. She is trained to practice EMDR with children, adolescents and adults. Through her experiences with adults and children, Lulu has witnessed the value of play, sand, art, movement, music and talk therapies and uses each readily.
