I have a masters degree in clinical social work from the Virginia Commonwealth University. In 2023, I completed a two-year fellowship focused on trauma-informed care, during which I accrued over 300 hours of specialized training. This included EMDR basic training, parts work, Vagus I and II, and attachment-based play therapy.
