About Me

I love EMDR and it remains the primary therapeutic modality that I utilize. I remain trauma focused and provide a competent and ethical EMDR experience using the 8 Phase model in application. My specific specialities are working with developmental and complex trauma, OCD, phobias and PTSD. Working with mental health clinicians in practice willing to "do the work" is one of my new found interests. My goal is to offer affordable care with an integrative approach. As an Approved Consultant, I provide clincial supervision, EMDR consultation and work with other EMDR trained clinicians through monthly collaboration groups. I have experience with EMDR application with all ages (children, adolescents, and adults). I provide affordable consultation toward EMDRIA certification for clinicians already trained in EMDR. Appointments are available in person or by virtual telehealth. I offer a combination of individual and group consultation toward certification.
