About Me
I offer counselling to adults for a wide range of issues but my special interest is in complex trauma, primarily attachment wounds from childhood or how traumatic incidents effect our functioning as an adult. I use a mixture of somatic awareness, parts work (inner child) and EMDR in my practice.
Education & Experience
30 years in the school system as an educator and elementary school counsellor. 2.5 years in private practice working primarily with adults, 18+. Training in Somatic Experiencing (2/3 completed for SEP training) Clinical Trauma Professional Training Level 1 (CCTP)
