About Me
My approach to EMDR psychotherapy (and to consultation) is relational in nature. Relational EMDR Psychotherapy helps clients heal at a deeper level by using the therapeutic relationship to assist with repairing old attachment wounds while being held by the presence, attunement, and attention of the therapist. This way of working with clients is more than a standard “go with that” approach that offers symptom reduction. We focus on the relationship between people, not just applying the EMDR protocol. Through consultation, you as the therapist will learn more about how you are showing up with a client, and using that to inform decision-making, to help clients come into relationship with themselves. I am accepting new individual (1:1) consultants and have group consultation (4:1) options beginning in February 2025. I am not currently accepting new clients.
