About Me
*Current accepting new clients for day-time availability* Each person has a unique story, and I am here to help you process difficult emotions such as loneliness, fear, worthlessness, self-harming, co-dependency, and relationship issues. My experiences and passions led me to carve a niche specializing in trauma. I am an “out of the box” person, and enjoy being creative with therapy and adjusting treatment based on your needs. I am trained in a multitude of evidence-based therapies, but mostly gravitate towards using in EMDR, Psychodynamic, and Somatic based therapies. I enjoy working with each client to help them find balance in their life and within themselves.
