About Me
I combine my education, 33 years of experience, warmth, compasssion, enthusiasm, strong faith, and a sense of humor. When I work with clients, I focus on their strengths. My counseling approach is based on family systems theory and includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I am passionate about helping people heal from eating disorders, past trauma, pain caused from relationship conflicts, depression, and anxiety.
