I have worked in the field of emotional, physical and spiritual wellness for the last 20+ years. I am passionate about my work and have spent my career learning about many different methods of healing which integrates the whole person into the treatment plan. I am a wife and mother as well as a person who has survived through trauma and progressively learning to thrive! Again, thank you for taking the time to read a little bit about my story.
