About Me
I use a combination of modalities including EMDR, CBT, Parts Work and IFS, mindfulness-based and somatic-based approaches that work to integrate the mind, body, and emotions towards a place of balance and harmony. I support individuals who have experienced a range of traumas, and I strive to create a sense of safety and trust to help people move from a place of difficulty to one of hope, acceptance, and self-compassion.
