I specialize in helping Christian women on their journey towards lasting healing from patterns of overthinking, upsetting childhood memories, and limiting beliefs of anxiety and stress. Together, we will make strides towards freedom from the haunting echoes of the past, and the persistent troubling thoughts that have hindered your progress. Therapy should be a place where you are in control. I will certainly use my therapeutic experience to support and guide you, but ultimately the direction this path takes is yours to determine.
