About Me
I am a trauma-informed provider, trained in ARC Framework, DBT, and TF-CBT. I specialize in service connected trauma for first responders, Active Duty, and Veterans. I am also ProBoard certified firefighter and licensed EMT. I began my first responder career in 2016 and have remained active ever since. I understand, first hand, the struggles we endure as first responders, and I have benefitted from EMDR and psychotherapy. I continue to practice self care as a means of maintaining my emotional well being and being able to provide a high standard of care to others.
