About Me
I enjoy connecting with clients and helping them reach their true potential in a supportive, calm, and non-judgmental environment. I offer a strength-based, trauma-informed and a holistic approach to therapy. We (the client and I), work together to implement the client’s background and/or upbringing in therapy if needed. I enjoy holding the space and staying attuned to a person’s growth transition in therapy. I am grateful for the chance to be a part of the transition.
Education & Experience
I have extensive training in trauma and PTSD in adults and children. I am a certified trauma professional and a certified family trauma professional from the international association of trauma professionals. I continue evidence-based training through out the year to ensure I am up-to-date and well-rounded in my therapy approach. Additionally, I have training and experience working with Substance use disorders, behavioral and/or mental health adolescents and children, Lesbian, Gay, Transgender, Veterans, first responders or medical field clients who are in need of therapeutic assistance.
