Rachel has been a military spouse for over twenty years, and has navigated multiple life transitions and experiences. She places emphasis on helping adults overcome current life circumstances to reach their overall goal and desire for freedom and joy.
Education & Experience
BA from Hardin Simmons University MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University Rachel has worked with adults in an outpatient community mental health platform for co-occurring disorders, as a lead clinician, and alongside church staff as a clinician for the community. Rachel moved from the community mental health platform to private practice in early 2021.
