About Me
Rachel has been qualified as a state and federal expert in child sexual abuse, disclosure process, forensic interviewing, delayed disclosure, memory and suggestibility, and trauma in local and federal justice systems. Rachel has also taught at state, national, and international training on various topics related to abuse, neglect, exploitation, memory, suggestibility, human trafficking, and sextortion. Rachel guides trauma survivors, first responders, women with anxiety/perinatal issues, and individuals with anxiety, depression, PTSD/PTSI or OCD to get support, relief, and healing through trauma-informed and evidence-based mental health counselling without judgment.
