I work with growth-minded leaders, healers and therapists to heal past hurts, find safety and connection, get unstuck, and uncover the wealth of untapped potential lying within. I offer both weekly extended EMDR sessions (75 to 90 minutes in length) and Healing Intensives - 3 hour to multiple day intensive sessions. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted EMDR sessions. This novel treatment approach utilizes a small amount of sublingual ketamine(self-administered by the client) during an EMDR reprocessing session to facilitate the adaptive resolution of traumatic memories. Rates: $375 Initial Appointment (90 Mins); $225 for 60 Mins. Healing Intensive Rates range from $225 to $250/Hour. ***Accepting New Clients. NOTE: I do not accept insurance, but can provide you with a Superbill if you have out-of-network benefit coverage. Serving as a therapist, a guide, a mentor, and advocate, my time and energy is invested in our work together. Together we will identify your unique strengths, understand and have compassion for the parts of us that are working to navigate past hurts that show up in present day relationships. My approach is to work with my clients’ inherent ability to heal through the head (mind) and the heart (body). We focus on tending to the nervous system, tapping into our strengths and embracing our vulnerabilities so that we can live full, authentic, and purposeful lives.
