About Me
With cultural humility and connection at the center, I use EMDR to help clients explore and heal what’s often left unspoken. I work with adults—especially Black professionals and first-gen achievers—who are seeking to move beyond “pushing through” and start unpacking the stress, grief, and generational weight they’ve been carrying. Through EMDR and other evidence-based modalities, I help clients process the deeper emotional layers behind perfectionism, people-pleasing, racial trauma, and unmet childhood needs. My goal is to support clients in untangling stress, processing past experiences, and embracing emotional freedom without guilt or judgment. Together, we work at your pace to make space for what’s been unspoken.
