About Me

Hi, I'm Becki. I know all too well that uncomfortable, nervous feeling of reaching out to a therapist for the first time, or maybe you're trying YET again to find the one that really clicks so, needless to say, I'm glad you've made it this far! I’m passionate about creating a space where you can be real, explore what’s going on inside, and begin to make sense of what may be presently showing up in your life. Therapy isn’t about giving you quick fixes—it’s about offering support, understanding, and helping you reconnect with your own strength I work with adults specializing in trauma and PTSD, depression and anxiety and have a special interest in helping people heal their relationship with food and their body, or who may struggle with disordered eating or an eating disorder. I utilize a trauma informed lens in my work and we may incorporate a variety of different approaches that cater to your specific needs. There is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy. We may use a combination of EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic based therapy to guide your treatment and achieve your goals. I also practice from a Health at Every Size (HAES) perspective, meaning that health exists on a continuum, and I will always respect and celebrate the inherent diversity of every body, shape and size.
