About Me

I am an HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist, and I have over 10 years of experience working in a variety of mental health services in the UK. These include adult and older adult, primary and secondary care services in the NHS, inpatient services, as well as a specialist trauma service for people experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I accept referrals relating to a wide range of mental health difficulties such as anxiety, self-esteem issues, low mood and depression, PTSD, complex trauma and difficulties within interpersonal relationships. I adopt a kind and compassionate approach in therapy and I work alongside individuals to ultimately help them to live the life that they want. I understand that for some people, starting therapy can feel daunting, therefore I work with each person to create a safe, accepting and non-judgemental therapeutic space. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to anyone considering therapy and I have availability for therapy sessions during the day and evenings.
