About Me
I am a licensed clinical social worker, providing therapy to individuals across the lifespan. I focus on working with individuals who have experienced trauma. For years I have worked with individuals who have experienced domestic violence, sexual assaults, sexual abuse, and child abuse and neglect. I am dedicated to supporting LGBT+ individuals.
Education & Experience
I earned a Bachelors of Art in Psychology at Boston University, went on to earn a Masters of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University, and then became a licensed clinical social worker. Before I received my masters, I worked at a domestic violence agency. After I received my Masters, at a rape crisis center, at an agency that worked with children who had experienced abuse, and then at an agency where I met with children in their schools. I currently own my own practice where I am able to meet with individuals who have experienced trauma. I have been trained in EMDR and have found it to be very helpful in decreasing and healing trauma triggers.
