About Me
My approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed. I draw from various methods, always aiming to make therapy practical and helpful in daily life. Along with talk therapy, I use body-based techniques that can support healing in ways words sometimes can’t. I see therapy as both an art and a science, and I’m guided by research when it’s useful. Most importantly, I strive to meet client's where they are, with respect for each persons unique experiences and identity.
