About Me
25 years post graduate psychotherapist in California, offering EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Trauma Resiliency Model, IFS and attachment focused embodied therapy services online and in Pasadena, CA to teens and adults. I also offer low fee counseling from my supervised post-grad asscociates.
Education & Experience
M.S.W. in 1999 from USC School of Social Work, Certified Attachment-Focused EMDR, in Somatic Experiencing (SEP) and in Drug and Alcohol Counseling (CCDC), trained in the highest level of the Trauma Resiliency Model, LifeForce Yoga for Anxiety and Depression (LFYP 2), and an RYT 500 Yoga and Yoga Nidra Teacher. Trained in Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Level 3, and training in Attachment Focused EMDR.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
Teach community workshops on yoga and Yoga Nidra, which help decrease symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma and insomnia.
