About Me

A desire to work with the elderly initially led me into the field of social work, and I have enjoyed working with individuals from many different walks of life in my career since. As a Licensed Independent Social Worker, I enjoy helping clients of all ages address issues with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, substance abuse, Bipolar Disorder, etc. I'm fascinated by the process of EMDR therapy and so enjoy helping clients receive relief from symptoms that have plagued them for a long time. During the therapeutic process, I believe in building on the strengths that clients inherently possess. I also believe that the most important factor in a successful outcome for clients is a solid relationship and connection between client and therapist; I enjoy the process of establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with my clients. ​
