About Me
I am a certified EMDR therapist in Creswell, Oregon. I offer in-person and Telehealth sessions to meet you where you are, as you are. I love spending time exploring the journey of my clients and navigating the ebbs and flows of life with the lightness of humor and the empathy of understanding and grounding.
Education & Experience
My most recent education is from 2020 when I obtained my Master of Social work from Pacific University. Additionally, I have a Master of Education in curriculum and teaching, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and an Associates in Baking and Pastry. I've worked in a plethora of environments that include being a crisis counselor in the emergency room, a case manager for community mental health agencies, a counselor in my private practice, a case worker at the department of human services child welfare, and as a pastry cook in San Francisco, CA.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
I am currently a member of the Community Development Block Grant Committee in Eugene, Oregon to assist with housing availability and affordability. I am integrated in early childhood education resources, and I was a prior board member of a local childcare center.
