About Me

I specialize in working with adults to identify and break through blocks preventing their ability to meet their goals. Approaches primarily used are, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma therapy including EMDR and parts work, energy therapy, and mindfulness, to help clients become more self-aware, and self-confident in creating and meeting life goals.

Education & Experience

My first level of education was in developing a business career. I learned how to apply mindfulness techniques to manage stress and obtain personal/professional goals. I developed a passion for helping others develop their life skills and became a life coach which led me to becoming a psychotherapist. My passion is helping others develop and achieve their goals and providing trauma therapy to break through barriers while applying life skills, helps to create new methods for achieving success.
