In addition to my expertise in EMDR, I am deeply interested in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. I am currently exploring innovative ways to integrate IFS principles within the EMDR protocol. This integration aims to offer a more holistic and nuanced approach to therapy, addressing the various parts of the self that contribute to one's overall well-being.
