Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of the award-winning practice, The Grove Counseling & Consulting. The focus of my work is helping teen girls and women build a solid foundation of confidence,  discover their self-worth, and claim freedom from anxiety and eating disorders. Meeting people exactly where they are and providing a safe, judgement-free space is a great passion of mine.
