About Me
I'm a social worker and counsellor who has been working with children, youth, and their families since 2011. I’m particularly invested in supporting individuals overcome feelings of social anxiety. I also help my clients address trauma, grief and loss, as well as prenatal and postpartum challenges. I’m committed to working with individuals impacted by social justice and poverty issues, wellness and healthy lifestyle issues.
Education & Experience
I have experience providing individual women’s counselling, employment counselling, family counselling, and mental health and addictions counselling. My social work educational background is in researching exploitation and human trafficking in Canada.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
I'm an active member of the BC Association of Social Workers and am involved in a number of advocacy projects centered around child welfare.
