This experiential course integrates EMDR therapy, the AIP model, and equine-assisted interventions to reduce professional burnout and enhance clinical skills. Participants will explore neurobiological mechanisms, memory consolidation, and somatic regulation while engaging in hands-on equine exercises to deepen understanding of nonverbal communication, attunement, and trauma-informed resourcing techniques.
