This retreat (October 2-4, 2025) is designed for clinicians who have completed The Integrated EMDR and IFS Model: Level 1. Through experiential learning and guided self-exploration, participants will deepen their understanding of the integration by applying it to their own internal systems. With a focus on managing empathic distress, reducing burnout, and reconnecting to Self-energy, the retreat offers hands-on practice in identifying and processing Negative Cognitions, mapping protector and exile dynamics, and navigating blocks using the integrated model. This immersive experience blends personal insight with clinical skill-building, helping therapists embody the model in a way that strengthens both self-care and client outcomes.
