This online course teaches EMDR-trained therapists how to integrate Internal Family Systems to make EMDR more accessible – especially for clients blocked by protectors. Participants will learn how to recognize parts, use IFS techniques within the structure of EMDR’s 8-phase protocol, and work with blocks before Phase 4. EMDR remains the foundational model while IFS enhances attunement, safety, and access to target material.
